Mixture is a very easy,tasty snack to enjoy with tea. It takes little bit time to prepare but worth try recipe.Generally we prepare mixture with poha.but,this time i prepared with corn flakes.ihikhik

I added ground nuts,roasted chana dal and some red tastes very spicy and crunchy.adding the different types of nuts is depends on your is my recipe.try it n let me know.rindu


corn flakes-1 packet(500gms)
groun nuts-1 cup
cashews-1/2 cup
red chillies-5
pepper powder-1 tsp or chili powder
cumin seeds -1 tsp
bengal gram/putnalu-1/2 cup
curry leaves-3 sprigs
hing-1/4 tsp
raisins-1/2 cup
almonds-1/4 cup
salt-to taste
powdered sugar-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
oil-for fry as needed


1.heat a big kadai with oil and fry the corn flakes in batches wise.take these fried flakes on a news paper to remove the excess of oil. take this flakes in a deep vessel.let it sit aside. the same oil now fry the all these one by one- peanuts till crispy,bengal gram lightly,cashews till golden in colour,almonds,raisins till they are swollen and light golden,red chillies and curry by one by one take these all on a news paper. add above fried all items to the corn flakes.add all powders like turmeric,pepper,sugar and cumin,hing.add salt too....
5.add the spices when the corn flakes are warm.mix all together with hands.
6.after 1/2 hour store in air tight container jar...
