This capsicum raita is very tasty and can serve with biryanis,parathas,or chapathis any thing...xpasti


yogurt/ curd- 2 cups+water-1/2 cup
green capsicum-2 small
green chili-3-4
salt-to taste
cilantro leaves-to garnish
oil-1 tbsp
cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
hing-2 pinches
curry leaves -few


1.In a pan add oil.throw in cumin seeds,mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves,chop capsicum finely and fry in the oil and keep aside.
2.add salt and pan fried mixture+ cilantro leaves to the fresh curd and mix together.
3.serve with rice or others as you like. encem
