CARROT such a lovely vegetable right..i love carrots in salad,desserts and in curries.almost i like all types of dishes with carrots.
Now this is carrot vada. see the cute?? was so crispy n tasty..i ate as it is at a time.ihikhik so,why late see the recipe prp and try it out fast.share your feelings.

gram flour-1/2cup
salt-to taste
red chilli powder-11/2tsp
baking soda-a pinch
hot oil-1tsp
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1/2tsp
garam masala powder-1/2tsp
oil-for deep frying

1.cut the carrot into slices and boil for only 2-3min.remove the and keep it aside.
2.add red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,soda,GGP,and 1tsp of oil in the gram flour and mix well.
3.add water slowly and prepare it like smooth batter.heat oil in a kadai.
4.dip the boiled carrot slices and fry in the oil.remove after it turns to golden in colour.
5.take these on a paper towel to remove excess of oil.serve with ketchup or any chutney.
