HI..friends....how are you all.By the way how you are going to enjoy this weekend??any plans??Why don`t you think about baking a delicious mango cake?? I tried this mango cake last week and came out good....actually I posted a mango cake a very long time back,which contains egg  with step wise pictures too.Even though that cake tasted good,pictures are not too appealing....So,Iam re posting the old recipe with new pictures.
I searched few blogs for egg less cake recipe.So,along with recipe ingredients, implemented my ideas in baking this cake.like,adding chocolate chips on top of the batter,adding cinnamon powder,orange juice and vanilla essence.orange juice is for flavor and gives good taste.You can replace it with 1/2 tbsp lemon juice..Personally, I like cinnamon powder and it worked out in this recipe too.In some videos(youtube) they added cubed mango pieces.but I added puree here..so,it`s completely depends on your taste.you can try the muffins too with this ingredients list..Iam sure you will like this..If you are a mango lover,or bored with chocolate cake try this n let me know your experience....

 ABOUT CONDENSED MILK:

Condensed milk is cow`s milk from which water has been removed. It is most often found in the form of sweetened condensed milk, with sugar added, and the two terms "condensed milk" and "sweetened condensed milk" are often used synonymously today. Sweetened condensed milk is a very thick, sweet product which when canned can last for years without refrigeration if unopened. Though there have been unsweetened condensed milk products, they spoiled far more easily and are uncommon nowadays. Condensed milk is used in numerous dessert dishes in many countries.

Ingredients

all purpose flour-1/2 cup
wheat flour-3/4 cup
oil-1/4 cup
sweetened condensed milk-1/2 cup(* minus 1 tbsp)
milk-1/4 cup( *minus 1 tbsp)
orange juice-1 tbsp
chopped walnuts-1/2 cup(optional)
 fresh mango puree-3/4 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp or 1 tsp can use*
vanilla essence- 1 tsp (optional)
cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp(optional)
chocolate chips-2 tbsp


HOW TO BAKE

1.preheat the oven to 180 degree C.apply  butter  to tin and dust with all purpose flour all sides.

2.mix oil,cardamom powder,condensed milk,milk,orange juice and vanilla in a large bowl.

3.add in flours,soda,baking powder,walnuts(optional) and mango puree.mix all together...with this,cake batter is ready..

4.pour batter into tin..arrange chocolate chips on top nicely and bake for 30-35 minutes.or til turns to light golden color on top.

5.insert a toothpick if it comes out cleanly off oven.remove cake and let it cool for 15 minutes on wire rack  before serving.........
