VERMCELLI VADA | APPETIZERS | DEEP FRIED SNACKS | VERMICELLI RECIPES | SEMIYA RECIPES


senyumWe all know the vermicelli payasam right??what about vada??have you heard this name?always doing sweet payasam with vermicelli i felt bored.then i got an idea..rinduto try a vada? as soon i thought i tried it and came out good.tasted yummy..so,plzz try this one friends.iam sure you guys will like this.and let me know your feelings...pokpok


Ingredients

semiya/vermicelli-2cups
gram flour/besan flour -1 cup
green chillies-5
onions-2
coriander leaves-1 small full bunch
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-2 tsps
red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
salt-to taste
oil-for deep frying

Preparation

1.Boil the vermicelli in water and drain from  the water let it sit aside.
2.chop onions,chillies,coriander leaves(i skipped) finely
3.now in the vermicelli add GGP,salt,chilli powder and above chopped items and gram flour too.
mix well together by adding water slowly..dont add too much of water.
4.it should be like pakodi batter.heat the oil in a deep kadai.
5.prepare vadas and deep fry them in the oil, batches wise in low flame.
if you like you can fry them like pakodi too.as per your taste......sengihnampakgigi
serve hot with any chutney along with tea or with ketchup for friends..
