WHOLE GREEN GRAM VADA


Green gram contains lots proteins and carbohydrates.one of the healthy beans..and this is a very easy APPETIZER for all....i tried it on my own style.so,please try this and comment...



Ingredients
whole green gram-2cups
finely chopped onions-1cup
finely chopped green chillies-4-5
cilantro-1/2cup
cumin-1tsp
oil-for deep frying
salt-to taste
turmeric-1/2tsp
chana dal-2tsps
baking soad-1/2tsp
hing-a pinch

Preparation
1.wash and soak dal for 4-5hrs.and grind into a coarse paste.soak chana dal for 15min.
2.add finely chopped onions and chillies.add in salt,cumin,cilantro and turmeric too.mix all together..
3.add chana dal,hing and baking soda mix well.add little water and make into prepare batter......it should be thick in consistency...not too liquid.. the batter is ready......
4.heat oil in a deep skillet and make vadas pour into the oil.....
5.fry in a low flame til golden brown.serve with any chutney.....
