Banana milk shake and pear milk shake/easy healthy ice cream milk shakes for growing kids


Milk shakes are mostly kids favorite which gives a refreshing feeling...Blending fruits vth som ice cream can tempt kids n it is the easiest way to feed fruits to kids..After returning from school kids feel very tired n hungy..instead of giving deep fried snacks or zunk foods try to make different kind of fruit salads and milk shakes with different fruits..


Ingredients

ripe bananas-2
honey-2 tbsps
vanilla ice cream-2 scoops
milk-2 cups


Blend all and serve chilled vth ice cubes if you like..








Pear-1 big
honey-2 tbsps
vanilla ice cream-2 scoops
milk-2 cups


Blend all and serve chilled vth ice cubes if you like..


1.Replace pear n banana with peach,muskmelon,mango,orange juice,guava,papaya etc..
