Today iam posting one simple and tasty raita.....it tastes good with rice and even with any parathas too.....kenyit
We couple likes curd raitas.so,often i get chance to try new varieties.

Ingredients
grated bottle gourd-1cup
fresh curd-3cups
green chillies-2
salt-to taste
coriander leaves-1/2cup

FOR TEMPER
oil-1tsp
mustard-1/2tsp
cumin-1tsp
curryleaves-1spring
redchilli-1
hing-1 pinch
Preparation
to the curd add salt,coriander leaves.
finely chop the chillies and add to the curd.
now add in grated bottle gourd..
put the temper with tempering items adding one by one in the oil.
add this to the curd.....thats it.very simple and quick raita is ready..
serve with rice......believe me..it tastes good.

VARIATION
chop the bottle gourd into small pieces..and boil the pieces with a little salt and few water..
after it cools squeeze the water add in the curd..
In both ways it tastes good.....
