CAULIFLOWER PAKODA

A very easy and crispy snack...within 15min you can prepare this... if you have all Ing`s.........it goes well with ketchup...here it is

Ingredients
cauliflower florets-10
besan flour-1cup
rice flour-2tsps
red chilli powder-2tsps
salt-to taste
GGP/ginger garlic paste-1tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp
oil-for deep frying
Preparation
except oil and florets mix all the Ing`s well.
now pour some water and prepare into a smooth batter.....
heat oil in a kadai.dip the florets in the batter and fry well in the oil.
keep the flame in low..fry til they turns to golden...
serve hot with ketchup.....
