CRUSHED IDLY WITH CURD | LEFT OVER IDLI RECIPES | IDLI CURD MIX



Hi friends...how are u all?soal.....Iam happy to say that a very happy n cool morning.minum.......

You all know the idly ..xpasti....what about this dish?i think you people listening this name CRUSHED IDLY WITH CURD for first time rightsenyumkenyit??but i did this..it was yummy..actually i dont do the the tiffins..sedihespecially dosa and idly.we both couple are not interested in this both items..takbole...but this one is really a new change to the idlymenari..I know idly is the common break fast in the 90%of homes.....so,whenever you do the idlys try this one..ihikhik.......friends..here is the recipe......

Ingredients
left over idlys-10small(big-5)
curd-1/2cup
milk-1/2cup
coconut powder-1/2cup
salt-to taste
cilantro-to garnish
green chillies-4(i used red colour chilli)

TO TEMPER
oil-1tsp
mustard-1tsp
curry leaves-5

Preparation
cut the idlys into small pieces.....chop the chillies(here its difficult to find green colour chillies,so i uesd red coloured friends).penat...
take curd in a bowl.add milk to the curd..add in coconut powder too....
add cilantro,salt,chilles....
now add idly pieces........
put the temper with items under the table.add into the idly mixture.......
tastes too good when serves cold..


NOTE
i like in loose consistency..so, i added 1/2cup of milk...and milk gives the nice taste the dish..if you want it like a rice dish (not loose )skip the milk or add in small portion..
you can add turmeric too in the temper for a nice colour..



take your ings

add curd in the bowl
add milk and coconut powder
add in salt
add cilantro
add chopped chillies
cut the idlys into small pieces
add idlys in curd
mix it well
put the temper in the oil
add the temper to the idly curd
yummy idly curd ready.......
tasty.........
