EGG VERMICELLI UPMA KODIGUDDU SEMIYA UPMA QUICK AND EASY BREAK FAST RECIPES



You people know the vermicelli upma..this one is little bit different from that...i added egg instead of veggies...If you feel bore with regular upma then try this one..hope you guys will like this surely....

Ingredients
roasted vermicelli-2cups
chopped onion-1
chopped carrot-1
green chillies-4
eggs-2
salt-to taste

TO TEMPER
oil-2tsps
mustard-1tsp
cumin-1tsp
curry leaves-1spring
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Preparation
roast the vermicelli with a tsp of oil.....boil 2-3cups of water..
heat a kadai with oil add tempering items one by one...fry for half minute..
add in chopped chillies and onions and fry til translucent...
add in carrots, salt and mix once..cook for a minute..
now break the eggs into it and mix together.....you can observe the small of egg pieces....
now add in vermicelli and the boiled water..
keep the flame to low and let it cook til the water is absorbed.....
when it completely cooked off the flame and serve hot.......
before serving squeeze some lemon juice or serve with and pickle..
