ONION TOMATO RAITA

I love curdlove...I can complete the lunch only with curd without feeling any borejelir.peluk....especially combination of rice and mango pickle with curd is just awesome...menari.amma makes fresh curd in the home...and she is an expert in making the mango pickle too...surprised.here we use yogurt bottles..completely different tastesedih.. I do different raitas almost 2-3 times in a week...this time i did this ONION TOMATO RAITA..rinduand it tasted good with biryanis and pulavs and parathas too...sengihnampakgigi
Ingredients
fresh curd-2cups
water-1cup
finely chopped onions-1cup
finely chopped tomatoes-1cup
finely chopped green chillies-3-4
salt-to taste
cilantro-to garnish

TO TEMPER
oil-1tsp
mustard-1tsp
cumin-1tsp
curry leaves-1spring
turmeric-1/4tsp
ginger garlic paste-1/2stp
hing-a pinch

Preparation
add in chopped onions,tomatoes,chillies and water to the curd.......
in a kadai heat oil and add tempering items one by one...
saute for 30secs and add into curd....
garnish with cilantro and serve with rice dishes or parathas......
