I did this rice flakes payasam as a special...it is very easy to prepare and tastes really wonderful... here it goes......
heat ghee in a pan and fry the casew and keep it aside..
in the same toast the the poha til crispy an turns to light brown....
now in other pan boil the milk and add sugar..
add in poha and cardamom powder into it......put the flame in low..poha should turn into soft.........
off the flame and garnish with cashew and serve..
it tastes good hot and even cold tooo......
