SPRING ONION PAROTA

hope you all doing well.i like to try varity of rotis....this time i added spring onions..it was so easy to do..and it tastes good with curdsengihnampakgigi..for a change try this once and share your feelings...


Ingredients
chopped spring onions-2cups
maida/all purpose flour-2cups
salt-to taste
red chilly powder-2 tsps
garam masala-1 tsp
oil-for paratha frying

Preparation
wash and chop the spring onions finely.
now add in spring onions,other remaining ingredients to the flour.
mix all together with water to make a dough.
keep it aside for 15min.
start rolling rotis and fry in the pan using oil or butter.
serve with curd or raita..encem
