CAPSICUM MOONG DAL RICE


Ingredients
capsicum finely chopped -1cup
moong dal-1/4cup
cooked rice-1cup
black pepper corns-5
pepper powder-1tsp
salt-to taste
curry leaves-1spring
oil-2tsps
Preparation
heat oil in a kadai and add in curry leaves,capsicum fry for 2minutes...
now add in pepper corns and dal and salt too.......fry for 5more minutes.....
add in rice and pepper powder into it......
serve hot........

  5. its very good recipe. in my family we cook all the ingredients together in pressure cooker n call it khichadi. but i m sure your recipe taste totally different
