GOBI RAITA


Ingredients
cauli flower florets-1cup
fresh curd-2cups
cilantro-1/4cup
salt-to taste
pepper powder-1tsp

Preparation
boil the florets til they soft....squeeze out the water...
add in curd and water.....
add salt,cilantro,and pepper powder too.......
very simple and easy one..this is one of the easy method to eat gobi.......(especially for me)
iam not saying that it tastes superb..but ok.can goes well with rice....
if you like add temper......

NOTE
after boiling the flortes remove from the and add in spices like chilli powder,salt, a pinch garam masala and a pinch of chat masala too.......
it tastes really spicy and yummy..iam sure......
