PEANUT CHUTNEY/PALLI CHUTNEY/AWARD | easy pachadi recipes | chutney recipes for idli, dosa


I love peanuts....love..whole the day i can enjoy the eating of toasted peanuts without feeling any boar....cium..from the past few days my hub too became like me..gatai...and enjoying the peanuts...jelir...and whenever he likes to eat he just blaming me........hehehehe...

I know its a very simple chutney....but my version came out very tasty and good.so i thought to share this with you all...i prepared this chutney without temper/tadka..mostly i avoids to add temper.....because the peanuts it self have the oil inside.......Amma and my MIL(attamma) also prefers without tadka mostly...rindu...so,i too just following the same wayjelir.here is my chutney recipe list.check it out friends.........

Ingredients
peanuts/ground nuts-1 cup
dry red chilli-5
salt-to taste
garlic cloves-4
tamarind paste-1 tbsp

Preparation

dry roast the peanuts in the oil and let it cool....break the chillies into pieces...........
grind all the ingredients like peanuts,chillies,salt,tamarind paste and garlic.......
tasty chutney is ready..serve with idly or dosa.........

If you like prepare temper/tadka in a kadai and add into the chutney...........
i served with idly.....Hmmmm!!!!what a nice flavour....angel
