TOMATO UPMA /QUICK AND EASY BREAK FAST REICPES/TELUGU CUISINE/ANDHRA BREAK FAST RECIPES

Actually iam not big lover of upma.But i like to try more varities .. this time i added only tomatoes....It was so tasty and yummy..here is the recipe..try this and let me know....

Ingredients
sooji/semolina/rava-1cup
tomatoes--4
green chilli-4
salt-to taste
onion-1
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1tsp
water-3cups

TO TEMPER
oil-1tsp
ghee-1tsp
mustard-1ts
cumin-1tsp
black gram/urad dal-1tsp
turmeric-1/4tsp
cashews-5
Preparation
chop the onion,chillies and tomatoes.......
toast the sooji til turns to light brown...
heat a kadai with oil and ghee add in temper ingredients saute for half minute....
now add GGP,turmeric and onions fry till turns transparent...
add in tomatoes and salt and cook til tomatoes are little mushy.
when the tomatoes are soft mix it once and add in water.....
after the water starts boiling add sooji slowly and mix with a ladle....
after completes the sooji like this the mixture will be a watery mixture..
now close it with a lid and cook til water absorbed.......
when the upma becomes dry off the flame and serve..
