COCONUT HONEY LADDU

CELEBRATING WITH COCONUT HONEY LADDUS
Do you want to taste a sweet which is very easy and quick one.....soal...This is a very quick one with only 4 ingredients........love.......YES.........and it is very healthy too...rindu....Because instead of sugar i added honey......senyumkenyit...so for the detailed recipe check it down.sengihnampakgigi..........


Ingredients

desicated coconut powder-2cups
ghee-1tsp
honey-2tsps
cardamom powder-1/2tsp
milk-3/4cup-1cup
Preparation

heat ghee in pan and fry the coconut powder in low flame til very light brown..........

add in milk and mix it well.add in cardamom powder too..........

when it becomes dry off the flame add in honey..wait for 5 minutes.......

when the mixture is little warm make round shaped laddus....

enjoy the laddus and serve to your beloved ones............

It is a simple yet tasty curry with ridge gourd with addition of moong dal and milk.Yes..It`s a curry with milk..This is one of the famous curry in andhra..Amma cooks this dish often which is our family favorite.Try this curry and serve hot with rice..It`s healthy and nice too.

GREEN SPROUTS SOUP | Easy soup recipes for weight loss


I prefers home made soups.senyumkenyit...And i like to try new varities too..kenyit....but dont have much time..gigil this is a very easy and healthy soup..sengihnampakgigigive a try and let me how it tasted?.......

Ingredients

green gram sprouts-1cup
butter-2tsps
cream-1/2cup
pepper corns-4-5
salt-to taste
cloves-2
garlic cloves-2

Preparation

heat butter in a pan and fry the garlic and cloves.....after cools grind this along with sprouts into a fine paste........

In other bowl heat 3cups water ......when water starts boiling add in grinded sprouts paste...

boil for 3 more minutes........off the flame and wait for 5 minutes.......(this time you can strain the soup to remove the particles.but i didn`t do it)

add in salt and pepper powder.......

add in cream before serving.........

BEANS CARROT MASALA FRY

This time i tried my favourite carrot with french beans in a combination.rindu.........i added spices allot and coconut for a crunchy taste....kenyit....this goes as a side dish and as well as tastes good with rotis too...senyumkenyitso,here goes the recipe....peluk....

Ingredients

carrots chopped-2cups
french beans-2cups
fresh coconut pieces-1cup
onions-2small
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
cloves-4
cardamom-2
cinnamon-small piece
green chilli-5
salt-to taste
oil-1/2cup
curry leaves-1spring
cilantro-few leaves
poppy seeds/kus kus/gasa gasalu-1/2tsp
Preparation

wash and chop the veggies.........

heat a tsp of oil in kadai and fry spices and after cools grind into as fine powder along with GGP....

in the same pan add remaining oil and fry the onions til transparent........

add in chillies,curry leaves,chopped carrots,beans and salt and turmeric.....

cover with lid and cook til the veggies are soft in low flame..stir in between.....

after the veggies are cooked add in above grinded masala powder and mix well together.......

add in 1/2 cup of water an d cook it for 5 more minutes and add cilantro...........

serve with rice........

SWEET NOODLES


Noodles are one of the easiest break fast and tastiest toosenyumkenyit....most of the kids favourite food too i think...senyumkenyit.....Even i too like noodles so much....kenyit...i usually prepares with veggies like upma...sengihnampakgigi..But every time in the same method i just felt boresedih........so, i thought to add some honey which gives a sweet taste...jelir..YES...instead of hot spice adding honey gives a sweet and delicious taste.....I know u people are thinking is this idea will work out??but believe me.....senyum....this really goes well as break fast....and kids love this..... peluk...just give a try and let me know friends......

Ingredients

noodles-1packet/200gms
sliced carrots-1cup
sliced capsicum-1cup
sliced cabbage-1cup
raisins-1/2cup
honey-2tsps
salt-1pinch
butter-5tsps

Preparation

Boil the noodles and drain the water.......keep this aside.......

heat a thick pan and fry the sliced veggies........

to this add in butter and salt and cook well............

now add in boiled and drained noodles.............stir well........

after 5minutes add in raisins and off the flame........

before going to serve add honey............

serve your sweet noodles to lovely kids.......


NOTE
Adding the butter after the veggies is gives a nice coat to the veggies....

CHEESE VEG SANDWICH

Today iam going to introduce one more easy veesy sandwich.....kenyit......From last few days i started preparing sandwichessenyumkenyit..My hub don`t likes sandwichessedih...and my kids are too small.so,iam only the person who eat the sandwiches.jelir.that`s why iam not interested in making..senyum..and this one i prepared morning for me...ihikhik..so, i thought to share with you all........check it and let me know guys..peluk.

Ingredients

bread slices-4
cheese slices-2
grated carrot-3tsps
chopped tomato very finely-3tsps
chopped capsicum very finely-3tsps
chopped onion very finely-3tsps
chopped cilantro very finely-3tsps


Preparation

In a bowl add in all chopped veggies.........

to the bread slice remove the edges and tip the 3 spoons of veggies mixture carefully and arrange a cheese slice on top........

grill this prepared bread slices...........

serve hot......

NOTE

You can cut veggies into slices also......it`s your choice........
