Ingredients
chopped cabbage-2cups
grated carrot-1 1/2cup
coconut powder-1/2cup
ghee-3tsps
cashew-10
turmeric-1/2tsp
salt-to taste
chilli powder-2tsps
Half boil and drain the cabbage and carrot separately........only for 2-3minutes..........
heat ghee in kadai and add in tempering ingredients and cashews and fry well............
add in half boiled cabbage and carrot and add salt,chilli powder and turmeric.................
cover with a lid and cook for 3minutes..........
add in coconut powder and mix well..
after 2minutes off the flame and serve hot with rotis..............
cashew gives a rich n yummy taste to the curry..........so,dont skip it........
before serving add 1tsp of fresh lemon juice.......it gives a super tangy taste.......
you can add cilantro too........
