CORN PULAV

I tried CORN PULAV for a change this time..sengihnampakgigi....tastes really yummy....peluk

Ingredients

rice-2cups
fresh corns-1cup
carrots-2 small
potatoes-1 big
onions-2small
green chilli-4
cloves-3
cinnamon-1inch stick
cardamom-3
shajeera-1tsp
GGP/ginger garlic paste-1tsp
oil-2tsps
butter-1tsp

Preparation

Wash rice and soak for 30minutes...........

heat oil and butter in a thick bottomed vessel.......

add chopped onions and chillies and saute for 1minute............

now add in masala ingredients and GGP too.saute for half minute..........

add in chopped carrots,potatoes and corns and fry for 2 minutes......

add in rice and mix well.and also add the right amount of water and let it cook in medium flame....

when the rice cooked simmer the flame for 5 minutes before going to off the flame..........

serve hot with any gravy or raita............
