PUNTIKURA PALLI PACHHADI/SORREL LEAVES PEANUT CHUTNEY


This time i thought to add some peanuts in gongura pickle.rindu........believe me..it tastes really yummy and little bit sweet and tangy too.kenyit......try this and let me know......senyum.......


Ingredients

gongura-5bunches
peanuts-1cup
chopped onions-1cup
red chilli-8
coriander seeds-2tsps
salt-to taste
oil-3tsps

Preparation

dry roast the peanuts and grind into fine powder.............

now heat a pan with oil and fry coriander seeds and red chilli ..

add in this gongura and fry in the oil.........

now it will become like lump..

after cools grind this along with peanut powder and salt into a fine paste...

now with a tsp of oil fry the chopped onions and mix with chutney..........(i forgotted to add.hehehe...)

tasty tasty gongura palli pachhadi ready!!!!!!serve with rice...............
