Today iam introducing a spicy and hot crackers...this one is very easy to do and goes well as a evening snack for kids.....In this you can add soaked chana dal too.but i skipped it....here the recipe details goes..check this...
besan flour/gram flour-1cup
green chilli paste-2tsps
finely chopped cilantro-1/2cup
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
chana dal-2tsps(i didn`t used)
oil-to deep fry
mix the two flours..
add in all other ingredients one by one.....add chandal too..but i didn`t added..
now add 2tsps of oil and water..make into a smooth and soft dough......
make into small balls and press on a polythin cover by applying oil little bit to the cover...
