BHENDI EGG CURRY


I normally prefers bhendi fry...For a change i added eggs this time..........

Ingredients

eggs-2
lady`s finger-1/4kg
onions-2med size
green chilli-2
turmeric-1/2tsp
red chilli powder-1tsp
salt-to taste
cumin powder-1tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
GGP/ginger garlic paste-1tsp
oil-2tsps

Preparation

wash and chop the veggies..........

heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions and fry til transparent.......

add in GGp,chillies and fry for half minute......

now add lady`s finger pieces,turmeric and salt and mix well....cook in a medium flame ......

after 3minutes add in chilli powder and cumin and coriander powders too.........

in other beat the eggs and add into this curry.........

mix well together and cook for 5 more minutes til egg pieces cooked............

serve hot with rotis and chapathis..........

Love lady's finger especially when they're cook with spiced! This dish does sounds good. Love the idea that we can eat with rotis & chapathis! Don't know how to make them actually but love to eat them with curries! :)
