BHENDI FRY/OKRA FRY/BENDAKAYA VEPUDU

In vegetables i like bhendi mostly.......i think most of the people and mostly kids love bhendi allot..........this is very easy and very simple......bu tastes really so spicy and hot..........if you like you can add a handful of peanuts into it.......believe me..it tastes really good.

Ingredients

okra/bhendi/bendakayalu-10
salt-to taste
chilli powder-2tsps
oil-5tsps
peanuts-1/2cup
garam masala-1/2tsp(optional)
cumin-1tsp
turmeric-1/4tsp
Preparation

choose the tender okras and chop into small pieces........

heat a kadai with oil and crackle the cumin...........

add in okras and mix once...add turmeric and salt and mix again........

cook this in medium flame for 3 minutes by covering with a lid......

stir after 3minutes......repeat the process like this til the okras are cooked............

when they turns to dry add in chilli powder and garam masla and mix it.......

this add in fried peanuts if you like....this time i skipped to add...but it tastes so good........

now it will become very dry.....fry for some more time til the okras turns crunchy...........

off the flame and serve as a side dish with rice........

adding peanut gives a very crunchy and yummy taste the okra fry...try this method too if you
like.........
