I prefers to make upma,halwa with BREAD.This time I thought to try a deep fried variety with some stuffing.We couple don`t likes potato curries so likes to try snacks using it some times.This deep fried bread balls are spicy and tasty with curried potato+peas stuffing.tepuktangan.
To use stale white bread this is good recipe or and as a evening snack this rolls goes well.Here the recipe,check out and try it..

bread slices-6
frozen green peas-1/2 cup
onions finely chopped-1/2 cup
red chilli powder-2 tsps
salt-to taste
chat masala-1/2 tea spoon
OIL-for deep frying

pressure cook the potatoes and peas.....peel the skin and mash with a potato masher.heat oil in a pan add in fennel seeds and fry the onions til soft..
add in chilli powder,salt,chat masala and mashed potato.mix well and cool for some time.cut the edges of the bread slices and dip once in the water..
squeeze out the water and place the stuff around 1-1 1/2tsp and close it care fully.
shape into cylindrical and prepare like this all....heat oil and deep fry the rolls 2-3 at at time in a low flame til light brown...Serve hot with ketchup..
