BREAD ROLLS

I prefers mostly UPMA,SANDWICHES AND SWEETS with BREAD..sengihnampakgigi.....this time i thought to try a deep fried varity with any stuffing...jelir......me and my hub both dont like s to eat the potato.........But spiced mashed potato taste really awesome....love.i know it....senyumkenyit.so, i used mashed potato mixture in filling..this is my 1st attempt of BREAD ROLLS....tepuktangan....and rolls came out really very crunchy.......here the recipe isrindu.....

Ingredients

bread slices-4
potatoes-2
peas-1/2cup
onions finely chopped-1/2cup
chilli powder-2tsps
salt-to taste
chat masala-1/2tsp

OIL-for deep frying
Preparation

pressure cook the potatoes and peas.....peel the skin and mash with a potato masher..........

heat oil in a pan add in fennel seeds and fry the onions til soft..

add in chilli powder,salt,chat masala and mashed potato.

mix well and cool for some time.........

cut the edges of the bread slices and dip once in the water........

squeeze out the water and place the stuff around 1-1 1/2tsp and close it care fully.

shape into cylindrical and prepare like this all.......

heat oil and deep fry the rolls 2-3 at at time in a low flame...........til light brown............

serve hot with ketchup........
