QUICK AND EASY PRAWNS PULAO | SHRIMP PILAF | ROYAYLA PULAO


Ola amigas....senyum...Hope you all doing well......kenyit.Today iam going to introduce a hot n spicy PRAWNS PULAV...I got this recipe from a weekly book.......and i thought to give a try.I served this to my hub.He said its goodlove..No need to prepare any masalas..takbole..It`s a very simple preparation.....U can serve this with raita or any of your choice too....Just check it out n let me know guys.jelir.

Ingredients

prawns(cleaned)-10-12
rice-1cup
onions-2med size
black pepper corns-8
cloves-6
cinnamon-1inch stick
cardamom -3
tomatoes-2
turmeric-1/4tsp
salt-to taste
oil or butter-3tsps
bay leaves-2
green chilli-2
Preparation

wash and soak the rice for 30minutes...............

clean and wash the prawns with little turmeric and salt.........

fry the prawns with 1tsp of oil and keep aside.........

heat 1tsps of oil in kadai and fry the chopped onions til translucent........

add in cloves,cinnamon,pepper and fry 1 for minute......

now add in slit length wise chilli and tomatoes chopped and fry til lightly mushy...........

now add soaked rice and fry for 2minutes...........

add finally prawns and water as needed to cook.............

when the water starts boiling sim the flame and cook til rice done...........

hot PRAWN PULAV is ready to taste............
