SPICY CAULIFLOWER MASALA CURRY | vegetarian side dishes for rice and rotis | CURRIES | CAULI FLOWER RECIPES

I cooks cauli flower very rarelysenyumkenyit..because my hub don`t likes to eat it...sedih...but i thought to do a cauli flower in spicy taste for today lunch.....kenyit..it was just hot and so spicy too........so,here goes the recipe......

Ingredients

cauli flower-1big
tomato-1big
onions-3small
coriander seeds-1tsp
garlic-2
cloves-3
ginger-small piece
oil-1/2cup
cilantro-1/2cup
cinnamon-1inch stick
turmeric-1tsp
salt-to taste
chilli powder-2tsps

Preparation

cut the florets of cauli flower and wash well.

chop the onions and grind into a fine paste............

fry the other all spices mentioned in the list and grind into fine powder-
(cloves,cinnamon,garlic,ginger,coriander seeds)..........

heat oil in the kadai and fry the onion paste for 2minutes and add in grinded masala paste too.........

now add florets mix well and cover with lid and cook in low flame for 5minutes.....

now add in chopped tomato slat,chilli powder and 1/2cup of water and cover it.......cook til florets are soft........

when the florets cooked well and curry looks dry off the flame.........

add in cilantro and serve with hot rice.......

my hub appreciated me allot when he tasted the curry......love
