COLOURED SWEET MADATA PURI


Ingredients

all purpose flour/maida-1cup
wheat flour-1cup
salt-a pinch
water-for dough making
ghee-2tsps
green colour-1pinch
orange colour-1pinch
powdered sugar-1cup

TO MAKE FINE PASTE
ghee-2tsps
flour-1tsp

oil-for deep frying

Preparation

Take flours,salt,ghee in a bowl mix well..separate into equal 3 parts...........

to the one part of flour add green colour...and to the another one add orange colour.......and other
one no need to add colour....

make into a soft dough by adding water as needed........

now divide the dough into puri size balls...............roll the three dough balls in puri shape...

now on top of the puri add in prepared flour+ghee paste and stick with other puri...

in the same way on top of this also apply flour paste and stick with other one.

roll this like a log and curl it and again roll into oval shape(or in round shape too)......

repeat the same process with all dough balls.........

heat oil and fry the puris......

when the puris are hot sprinkle powdered sugar and serve......
