EGG PULAO



Iam back with one more spicy,yummy,delicious and tempting pulav..peluk.....that is EGG PULAV.....I makes egg pulav on sundays usually....this time i thought to share this yummy pulav with you all..........love.........

Ingredients

basmati rice-2cups
eggs-5
onions-2-small
tomato-1small
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
mint/pudina-1/2bunch
green chillies-4
salt-to taste
cinnamon-1inch piece
cloves-3
cumin-1tsp
cardamom-2
bay leaf-2
curd-1/2cup
oil-3tsps

FOR EGGS

chilli powder-1tsp
cumin powder-1tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
turmeric-1/2tsp

Preparation

wash and soak the rice for at least 20minutes..........

chop the veggies and boil the eggs.....remove the shell and make slits on top of the eggs......

in a bowl add in chilli powder,turmeric,besan flour,corinader powder and cuin powder and mix the eggs.....coat these spices well to eggs........and keep it aside......

heat thick bottomed vessel and add oil ........

add cloves,cinnamon,cumin,bay leaves,cardamom fry this for half minute..............

add in chillies,onions and fry til transparent..........

add in tomatoes,curd,mint leaves,GGP and salt.fry well..........

add in rice and water(water measure depends on rice quality)........while boiling add in well coated eggs.......

cover with a lid and cook on medium flame...........when the rice cooked completely low the flame for 5minutes before going to off the............

open the lid after15minutes and serve.................

hot and spicy egg pulav is ready to serve with raita, gravy,lemon wedge and onion slices............
