SAGO VADA | SAGGUBIYYAM VADA | TAPIOCA PEARLS DEEP FRIED FRITTERS | DEEP FRIED SNACKS



My elder son started saying some words from this january....actually he is in bit confuse with languages..telugu(M.T),spanish and portuguese.....Iam really enjoying it allot..but some times feeling tired too.....because each and every word he is repeating continuously and if i don`t listens to him he starts crying.......
but whatever words he is saying really so cute to listen and some funny too..and he is very lazy to say the whole name or complete word......iam writing some words here which he is talking daily..just check it out..i can imagine a smile on your faces after reading this.

and some more are there....do u guys noticed the words??yes,, for every word he attaches `A` in the ending...some times even iam also getting confused with his language.....but still iam enjoying and happy too .i hope you people also enjoyed this......and iam really happy to share this with you all.......

coming to the recipe - i got this vadas recipe from news paper.really this vadas tasted yummy..so,hope you like recipe........

Ingredients

sago-100gms
cabbage shredded-1cup
chopped onions-1/2cup
salt-to taste
coconut powder-2tsps
green chilli-5-6
saunf/sompu-1/2tsp
turmeric-1/2tsp
oil-to deep fry
cloves-1


Preparation

soak sago for at least 1hr(its depend on sago varity)...... drain the and keep this aside..........

in a pan heat 2tsps of oil add clove,saunf,onions,green chilli,cabbage and turmeric...........cover with lid and cook.

to this add coconut powder,chopped cashew and grind this into a fine paste after it cools...........

if need add some water while grinding.............

to this add soaked sago and salt..........

make small balls in shape on a plastic cover and fry deeply in the hot oil............

serve this with coconut chutney...........
