3 DAL DOSA /LENTILS DOSA WITHOUT ANY FERMENTATION / INSTANT EASY DOSA RECIPES / PAPPULA DOSA


Iam bored with normal dosa..so,tried this dal dosa for a change..This is very easy to make and no need to ferment the batter..also, very healthy too..because,here we are using 3 types of different dals which are full in protein and fibre loaded and gives quick energy too....so,here goes the recipe..


Ingredients

toor dal/kandi pappu/pigeon pea-1/2 or 1 cup
moong dal/pesara pappu/yellow dal-1/2 or 1 cup
urad dal/mina pappu-1/2 or 1 cup
salt- to taste

Preparation

Wash and soak dals for 2 hrs..grind into a fine batter.add salt...prepare dosa same like normal ones....serve with any chutney..
