CARROT PAYASAM/CARROT KHEER




Ingredients

carrots chopped-1cup
sugar-1/3cup
milk-3cups
cardamom powder-1/2tsp
cashew-4
raisins-4
ghee-3tsps
Preparation

boil the chopped carrots and blend into fine paste after cools..

heat a pan with ghee and fry the dry fruits and in the remaining ghee fry the paste of carrot
fry just for 3-4minutes to remove the raw smell...

now pour the milk into the carrot paste and let it boil.........

add in sugar and cardamom powder too.......boil it for 5-8minutes...

finally add in dry fruits and serve hot or cold...........
