DATES AND OATS SMOOTHIE

Dates and oats both are very healthy and loaded with protiens.........so, i just mixed the both and prepared this wonderful yummy smoothie.........here it goes......

Ingredients

dates-10
oats-3tsps
milk-1cup

Preparation

chop the dates and soak in half cup milk for 15 minutes....

Now blend soaked dates,oats with remaining milk............

serve immediately...........
