EGG MASALA GRAVY/

Iam very crazy about eggs......sengihnampakgigi..this time i tried a gravy with boiled eggs......jelir.....it goes well with rice and even with rotis and puris too...love.....

Ingredients

boiled eggs-5
onions-2big
tomatoes-2big
green chilli-4
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
garam masala powder-1tsp
cumin powder-1tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
turmeric-1/2tsp
chilli powder-2tsps
curd-1cup
cilantro-few leaves
salt-to taste
oil-3tsps
cloves-3
cardamom-1
shajeera-1tsp

Preparation

remove the shells of the eggs and and make slits on top carefully........

chop the onions and grind into a fine paste.....along with green chilli......

in the same way chop the tomatoes and grind into a paste.............

now heat a kadai with oil and ad shajeera,cloves,cardamom and GGP and saute for 1/2minute....

now add in onion paste and mix well.....add in chilli powder,salt and garam masala and cook for 3minutes....

add in tomato paste and curd too and cook til the oil float on top.....now add the eggs and
coriander and cumin powders and mix together..........cook this 5 more minutes in a very low flame.....

off the flame and garnish with cilantro........

serve hot with rice or rotis........
NOTE
Adding curd gives a rich taste to the gravy........
