GHEE CHICKEN/CLARIFIED BUTTER CHICKEN | boneless chicken curry

Usually we use oil to make the chicken.......But this time for a change i added some fresh ghee in the place of oil........and the remaining process was just same of the normal chicken curry..instead of chopped vegetables i just used paste..........so,here goes my verison of ghee chicken recipe...................

Ingredients

chicken-250gms
ghee-1/2cup
onions-2 med size
tomatoes-2med size
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
garam masala-1tsp
green chilli-3
red chilli-2
coriander seeds-1tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric-1tsp
curry leaves-1sprig








Preparation


Chop chicken into pieces..wash well and keep this aside..........

chop onions and chilli and make into a fine paste..........

chop tomatoes and make into a fine puree.......

Heat a woke/kadai add ghee add in onion paste and fry well till 1minute.......

add in GGP,tomato puree and fry till it leaves ghee from the sides......

add in chicken and mix well......cook this for 5 minutes......

add in turmeric,salt,chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.......cook for 10-15 minutes.....or til chicken done.......

add some fresh curry leaves and serve hot with roti or chapathi or naan...........
