TRIANGLE ROTI

TRIANGLE ROTI is little bit different with normal roti....and this is AMMA`S version.......she makes this really in perfect shape......and it just melts in the mouth..i mean it was so soft and smooth.........I like to eat this roti mostly with tea....yummy yummy...

Ingredients

wheat flour-2cups+for dusting
salt-1pinch
oil-2tsps
water-as needed

oil-for pan frying


Preparation

In a mixing bowl add flour,slat,oil and by adding water make into a soft dough.keep this in rest for 30 minutes........

Divide the dough into equal size balls...........

Roll the dough ball into circle........and apply oil and sprinkle some flour.........

Fold this in half and again apply oil and sprinkle some flour ............

Fold this in triangle shape and roll again in the same shape.......

Heat pan add fry this roti on both sides ................

You can observe that roti will puff like a ballon............

Serve hot with any gravy or curd n mango pickle................
