BEET ROOT COCONUT ROTI


Hi...how are you all?a warm welcome too all...Quite busy for these 4 days and gave a break...so,today iam back with again an easy and tasty recipe....

I like to add grinded veggies paste in rotis making....It is very healthy at the same time tasty too....This time i added beautiful dark coloured beet root paste along with some coconut paste to the flour.....For flavouring i added few other ingredients like cilantro,cumin and some more......For the detailed recipe just check it out below and let me know how it is?

Ingredients

Wheat flour-1cup
all purpose flour flour/maida-1/2cup
coconut paste-4tsps(opt)
salt-to taste
oil-2tsps
green chilli paste-1tsp(can use red chilli powder)
cumin-1tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
cilantro-hand ful chopped
garam masala-1/2tsp(opt)

OIL-for pan frying



Preparation

Mix flours add in all other ingredients one by one and prepare a smooth dough by adding water..

smear oil on top and cover with a lid for at least 15 minutes.....

Roll into chapathi using extra flour.....

Heat tawa and fry the roti on both sides well..apply some oil in between...

Serve with any chutney or gravy dish....
