Fruit salad for weight loss

How many of you love salads??and how many are you in diet?Those can make this salad without any doubts and fill your little tummies....whenever i prepares salads i can hear some lovely comments and appreciations from my H.He likes salads lot and enjoyed every spoon of this salad..even i too..Iam sure you guys will definitely love this.....
Ingredients
apple-1
pear-1
kiwi-3
grapes seedless-1 cup
mango chunks-1 cup
almonds chopped-3 table spoons
heavy fresh cream-2cups/200gms/1 box
mint leaves chopped-hand ful

Preparation

Chop the fruits in bite size pieces and take in bowl....(You can choose any of your choice fruits....i picked which i have in my fridge....
To this add cream and mint leaves mix well.....keep it in the fridge for atleast 1/2hr.....
Before going to serve add almonds mix again serve......

NOTE

I served directly means did n`t kept in fridge..still tasted super yummy........
