eggless pudding recipes

Recently i saw a video of chocolate cake in youtube.....I forgot to note down the recipe..But it was a very rich chocolate cake..she used cocoa in the cake batter and melted chocolate for frosting......I did n`t closed my eyes til that video completes..(I know there is nothing special in recipe) But still I just loved the way of her making the cake....Huhh..
Til that day iam not a lover of chocolate cakes..After watching that video i fell down in love with chocolate cakes.....YES..only with chocolate cakes.....(not with chocolates.hehehe)..As soon as my H returned from his office i requested him to bring the cake (a slice only)......Soooooo sweet Hus.. next day he brought a cake for me..Even after completing that My tummy n tongue are not satisfied and want some more.....So, i decided to make a easy n quick choco recipe for me.......(Can`t wait for an hour to bake a cake.hehehe)

I searched some co-blogs and joy of baking..Then i got an idea to make a rich chocolate pudding.....So,finally this was the result........With very few ingredients you can make this..I think in the evening parties it goes well as a rich pudding too....So,from now iam also the lover of chocolate cakes.........

chocolate pudding recipe

CAN SERVE-ONLY FOR 1PERSON
TIME TO MAKE -15-20 MINUTES
COOKING METHOD-ON STOVE TOP
LEVEL-EASY

Ingredients

Chocolate piece-1 small(sqaure shaped)
milk-1cup+ 1/2cup
sugar-3tsps(as per ur taste)
cocoa powder-2tsps(i used Hersheys)
vanilla-1tsp
salt-a pinch
butter-1tsp
coffee powder-1tsp(i used nescafe)
custard powder-1tsp(optional)
chocolate chips-few-to sprinkle on top

Preparation

In 1/2 cup of milk mix coca, custard powders, sugar and salt too.mix well and keep aside...

Melt the chocolate piece in the double boiler method and add butter and coffee powder...mix it again..

Now heat a pan with 1cup of milk..add in vanilla.....when the milk starts boiling add cocoa-custard batter and cook this in very low flame til forms like a thick paste........

Stir in between to avoid burning and add melted chocolate again stir well.....Other wise it may forms lumps...

now let it cool for some time....Now pour this in any glass or well shaped bowls and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top....

keep it in the fridge for 1hour and serve chilled........

NOTES

Instead melting chocolate you can melt chocolate chips too.......

you can skip custard and coffee powders if you don`t like or don`t have........

Increase or decrease the adding of sugar as per your taste..

I recommend to add coffee powder. It gives the rich flavour and nice aroma to the pudding.....

The most easy method of making pudding is just melt the chocolate add milk and chips on top and freeze and serve chilled......
