HOME MADE EGGLESS MANGO ICE CREAM WITH MILK POWDER |HOW TO MAKE MANGO ICE CREAM AT HOME | STEP BY STEP PICTURES
2 days back I tried this MANGO ICE CREAM.This was the first attempt in making ice creams.Actually I thought some chemicals or preservatives may required to make Ice creams. But,after watching a video in youtube, i was confident and dared to tried...This time I took step wise pics and after the completing the process it was night,so,finally i took these pics at 1 am in mid night..Actually Iam suffering with cold from last day til i did n`t controlled my tongue to taste this mango ice cream..I completed the bowl and my H is watching me very seriously..HAHAHA..He was busy in watching an english movie.
Its an egg less, guilt free ice cream.can make anyone in kitchen..With this now, iam confident to try some other ICE CREAMS too...Will post in new year.......N right now check it out this and let me know....plz..
COOKING TIME-1DAY(Along with freezing time)
Fresh mango pulp-2 cups
fresh cream- 1 cup (200ml)
full cream milk-1/2 cup
vanilla essence-1 tsp
almonds finely chopped-1/4 cup
chocolate chips/chocolate sauce-to serve on top
Take the mango pulp in a bowl and add cream......mix well..........
Add milk and mix again.Continue with milk powder and vanilla......Mix well after adding each one..
Add in vanilla and sugar too.....Blend this once and pour in a freezer box. This time u have to add chopped almonds and mix just once and Freeze for at least 5-8hrs....
Now take it out from fridge n wait for sum time.If its starts loosing or melting blend again til smooth and soft.......and freeze it again for 8-10 hrs.......
So, Finally its ready to serve.......Scoop it n add some choco chips and choco sauce on top if you like n serve in a bowl..........
Blend at least 3times.Its very important part in making ice creams....I done this only 2 times....
First whip the cream separately and add to mango pulp.It gives nice n soft creamy texture..I forgotten to whip:-(
Mine ice cream was starting melting while taking pics. So, Iam sorry about the perfect pics.....
Adding chips or sauce is completely optional. But I luv this way.......
Adding almonds gives a crunchy feel while enjoying n its healthy too.You can skip this if you don`t like...
If you mangoes very sweet decrease the sugar level or adjust according ur taste......
Be careful while addin milk.don`t add too much.It may not tastes good......Its pale in colour too.
