BHENDI FRY/OKRA FRY/BENDAKAYA VEPUDU

In vegetables i like bhendi mostly.......i think most of the people and mostly kids love bhendi allot..........this is very easy and very simple......bu tastes really so spicy and hot..........if you like you can add a handful of peanuts into it.......believe me..it tastes really good.

Ingredients

okra/bhendi/bendakayalu-10
salt-to taste
chilli powder-2tsps
oil-5tsps
peanuts-1/2cup
garam masala-1/2tsp(optional)
cumin-1tsp
turmeric-1/4tsp
Preparation

choose the tender okras and chop into small pieces........

heat a kadai with oil and crackle the cumin...........

add in okras and mix once...add turmeric and salt and mix again........

cook this in medium flame for 3 minutes by covering with a lid......

stir after 3minutes......repeat the process like this til the okras are cooked............

when they turns to dry add in chilli powder and garam masla and mix it.......

this add in fried peanuts if you like....this time i skipped to add...but it tastes so good........

now it will become very dry.....fry for some more time til the okras turns crunchy...........

off the flame and serve as a side dish with rice........

NOTE

adding peanut gives a very crunchy and yummy taste the okra fry...try this method too if you
like.........

BHENDI EGG CURRY | Andhra veg curry recipes




I normally prefers bhendi fry...For a change i added eggs this time..........

Ingredients

eggs-2
lady`s finger-1/4kg
onions-2med size
green chilli-2
turmeric-1/2tsp
red chilli powder-1tsp
salt-to taste
cumin powder-1tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
GGP/ginger garlic paste-1tsp
oil-2tsps

Preparation

wash and chop the veggies..........

heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions and fry til transparent.......

add in GGp,chillies and fry for half minute......

now add lady`s finger pieces,turmeric and salt and mix well....cook in a medium flame ......

after 3minutes add in chilli powder and cumin and coriander powders too.........

in other beat the eggs and add into this curry.........

mix well together and cook for 5 more minutes til egg pieces cooked............

serve hot with rotis and chapathis..........

GREEN APPLE DATES MILKSHAKE | JUICES AND MILK SHAKES


Juices and milk shakes tastes really yumm na........and very easy to make also.......so, iam introducing one more easy yummy smoothie today......here it is...........

Ingredients

apple-1
dates-5
milk-1 cup
ice cubes-few


Preparation

chop the apple and dates.......
blend with milk and ice cubes.......
serve chilled.........

5 MIXED DALS IN ONE/MIXED DALS/PANCHARATNA DAL | south indain dal recipes for rice | healthy dal recipes for kids


Dals are one of the easiest ingredients to cook with a combination of veggies as per our taste......and they highly riched proteins and vitamins too.......usually i make spinach dal or tomato dal.........but this time i thought to try a mixed dals.we have 5types of dals...so,i added these 5dals in small quantity apart of veggies too.here the recipe is.....check this and give a try........


THESE ARE THE DALS WE NEED

Toor dal/yellw pigeon peas-1/4cup
Moong dal/green gram-1/4cup
Masoor dal/red lentil-1/4cup
Urad dal/black gram-1/4cup
Chana dal/bengal gram-1/4cup

Ingredients

Tomato-1big
Onion-1med size
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
cumin powder-1tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
salt-to taste
green chilli-4-5
turmeric-1/2tsp
ghee-1tbsp

TO TEMPER

mustard-1tsp
cumin-1tsp
red chilli-1
hing-1/4tsp
garlic-2 cloves
curry leaves-1 sprig
oil-2 tbsps

Preparation

wash all lentils and soak in water for 1 hour and pressure cook by adding little turmeric and 1tsp of oil for 2-3whistles or til soft........

heat oil in kadai add in tempering ingredients one by one and saute for half minute.....

add in chopped onions and chillies and fry til soft........add in GGP,tomatoes chopped and cumin and coriander powders.mix well.cook for 2 minutes......

add in cooked dal and salt to taste and let boil for 5 minutes in low flame.........

off the flame and serve with rice or rotis along with a spoon of ghee........

For Ans to this que I have to think a whole day........hahahaha..Actually i like eat to any thing..i stopped eating NON-VEG in 2008..means Will complete 5 years with this november....Iam going to start from next year again..(My hub is not satisfying with the taste which was i cooked-hehe)

So,finally the ans is EGG..YES......I Just love it....every day i can eat the boiled eggs 2...3.. n more also..The same habit was came to my son-MAHADEV..(MAMA SON NA)

My husband reaction If it is good he just say to be frankly Tasting good or came out perfectly..other wise he just says iam sorry dear this tasting very bad..(he is very straight forward)

Inspiration means nothing..unfortunately i started..and fortunately i got you all....but I`ll share some happy words here..actually i started this in telugu..because to be frankly saying -iam not at all good in english..but my hub said if you start in english the whole world wide you can get in touch with others na...so,,,i thinked thinked..... finally I changed my first post one the same day into english..iam still continuing it..so,completely this credit goes to him..

How do u feel while u get a award /Tags from other blogger friends ??

of.course.I feel happy..I don`t know whether they really likes me or hates me..but they are remembering me just for a second na..for that iam happy.......that`s it.....

Talk about food photography..do you judge a recipe by the photo posted by the bloggers ?? and when searching for a recipe in search engine say Google, do u look for just recipe or look by images ??
food pictures plays a main role in the recipe or in a blog.whatever it is...I believe that if the pics are good looking in the recipe can proceed to try...or can believe it will come out and tastes good........In the google search i prefers the recipes which iam searching with pics only.....other i can`t satisfied to tried..

Have you tried any recipes from other blogger ?? what's the result ?

Of..course..I tried...and they came out superb..

PEAS PURI | Deep fried Green peas Stuffed Puri

Ingredients

FOR MAKING PURIS
all purpose flour/maida-1cup
2tsps-butter
salt-1 pinch

FOR STUFFING
peas-2cups(i used frozen)
fennel seeds-1tsp
very finely chopped onion-1small
green chilli paste-1tsp
sugar-1/2tsp
salt-to taste
pepper powder-1tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp

oil-to deep fry
Preparation
in the flour add salt and butter and make into a soft dough by adding water and rest it for 20 minutes....

wash and grind the peas coarsly......

heat a pan with a tsp of oil and add in fennel seeds,onions and grinded peas...fry well

add in chilli paste,pepper powder,salt and garam masala......

mix well and cook for just 2-3 minutes............with this the STUFFING is ready..

divide the dough into puri size balls and roll it in small round shape........

place the stuff about 1tsp and close by sticking the edges and roll it like puri very care fully.......

fry deeply in the hot oil and serve hot.......

MAYONNAISE EGG SANDWICH

I never tasted mayonisse when iam in INDIA.....rindu....here people use mayonise allot with burgers and pizzas........then i thought to try oncekenyit........i prepared this sandwich.jelir....it was good......

Ingredients

bread slices-4
mayonaisse-1cup
capsicum-1small
shredded paneer-1/2cup
green chilli finely chopped-1tsp
very finely chopped onions-1cup
boiled eggs-2
salt-to taste
pepper powder-1tsp
Preparation

remove the shell of the eggs and chop into pieces.........

in a bowl add mayonnaise,chopped chilli,onions,capsicum,pepper,salt,paneer and chopped eggs.....mix together........

now to the bread slice apply this batter and and close it with other slice.

apply some mayonnaise on both sides of the bread and grill it in the sandwich...........

serve hot with ketchup and juice.........

EGG LESS BUTTER LESS PUMPKIN COCONUT HONEY CUP CAKES/MY OWN/WEDDING DAY CELEBRATION

Hi..............friends..How are you all..........i was busy from last two days(sat&sun)..I did n`t checked any of your spaces and lovely recipes...............just feeling like missing something from heart......I will catch you all soon..



Coming to the title i would like to share a happy moments with you all........Today is our wedding anniversary..............And this our 4th one............How soon the days gone..I just can`t believe it..

A very bold and naughty girl who married a soft and silent nature person..(completely opposite )

and came to brasil before 4years and she was blessed with 2 wonderful and awesome boys......(That`s me.........Oh..my god)...............

Marriage is a such a relationship which bonds with a powerful love..........And i feel like iam the luckiest girl(of course..every one`s feeling) because of having a loving and caring husband.....

So,I hope you all wish us with your best wishes and blesses.......Thank you so much........Love you all.......


Actually I was busy with kids so, just i prepared these cup cakes..And Completely it`s my own recipe..........and so iam very very happy it gave a good result...........So,please check out the recipe and share the feelings and opinions of you all..........
Ingredients

pumpkin puree or paste-1cup
honey-1/2cup
descicated coconut powder-1cup
milk-1/2cup
baking powder-1tsp
baking soda-1tsp
all purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
vanilla essence-1tsp
olive oil-1/2cup

Preparation

In a mixing bowl add in milk,honey ,oil and vanilla ........mix well.

In other bowl add pumpkin paste,coconut powder,baking powder and soda......mix well......

Now combine this both and mix well......No need to beat it...

Apply some butter or oil to the muffins and bake for 30 minutes.......

Keep an eye after it gets a light golden colour on top or when it giving a nice aroma(YES..the smell of the cakes was flavourful..

But mine took almost 40 minutes(waiting eagerly to eat)

That`it guys...let it cool for some time and serve

Decorate as per your choice..

I just applied ducle de leche on top and little bit of coconut powder..

PINEAPPLE HONEY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | EGG LESS SUGAR LESS PINEAPPLE CAKE | PINEAPPLE CAKE WITH HONEY






Ingredients

pine apple round slices-2
quarter size pieces-as required
all purpose flour-1cup
honey-1cup
oil-1cup
baking powder-1tsp
baking soda-1tsp
vanilla essence-1tsp
lemon juice-1tsp
orange zest-1tsp
pine apple juice-1/4cup
salt-1pinch

Preparation

preheat the oven at 200c......

in a bowl heat water with 2tsps of sugar and change this into the cake tin........

in a bowl add flour,soda,baking powder and salt too.........

in other bowl add in oil,honey,vanilla,pine apple and lemon juice,orange zest.mix well.

combine this liquid mixture in the flour.........

grease the baking tin with butter and dust with some flour.......

in cake tin arrange the pine apple round slice in the center and chopped pieces side by side
evenly.......

pour the cake batter and and bake for 30-40 minutes..........

check the cake after turns to golden colour by inserting a tooth pick.........

cool this on a wire rack carefully..........

after some time slice and serve...........
