RECIPE SOURCE-JOY OF BAKING
CATEGORY-BAKING/BROWNIES
PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-30 MINUTES
RESULT-16 BROWNIES
Chopped chocolate-150gms
maida/Ap flour-3/4cup
butter-1/2cup
chocolate chips-3/4 cup
cocoa powder-2tsps
sugar-1cup
vanilla-1tsp
eggs-3
salt-1/4tsp
HOW TO MAKE
Pre heat oven to 180 degree C.
place a butter paper and apply some butter to it....
Melt chocolate in double boiled method and add cocoa+sugar...
Now mix vanilla and eggs..beat well..
Finally add in remaining choco chips,salt and flour..Give a good mix......
Tip this batter into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes..
Check it out by inserting a tooth pick.If it comes out clean then done..
Cool on wire rack and serve warm.......
