Now Heat a thick bottomed kadai/pan/vessel .....Add in oil and fry the ings all one by one which i wrote under the list.....

Add in chopped onions fry til light brown colour. Continue with diced tomatoes...Cook til mushy....Add mint/cilantro leaves...Cook for 3 more minutes.....

Add in enough water and let it boil.....This time add rice and check the water cook this til rice done......

That`s it......Your CHICKEN PULAV is ready...........Serve with chilled raita and salad.....AHA....YUM....YUM.....

MY NOTES

I use always frozen chicken leg pieces/wings in my cooking. You can replace it with Chopped bone chicken...For  this recipe can use approx-350 gms of chicken........

Marination part is optional...If you don`t have time can cook directly by adding spices to chicken and continue with rice.......

Adding coconut milk also gives a nice flavour. So,minus the water level and plus the coconut milk.....It`s your choice.....

After having the pulav/biriyanis drink a glass of buttermilk. It Helps in digestion.......

HAPPY COOKING....HAPPY BLOGGING.....
