An apple keeps doctor away.......I eat apples Instead of taking in the form of liquid.....But DH is lazy to go with apple.So,I do some times milk shakes or smoothies for him.I tried this yesterday and tasted really good..And the Important note is it`s without milk..S,It`s perfect for my DH.Will try after he returns to home...;-(
