GULAB JAMUNS YOGURT PUDDING/NO BAKE/TWIST TO REGULAR JAMUNS/Mahas OWN RECIPES

HI...HI..HI....Happy Monday Friends......How are you all??Iam in  happy mood..can you guess why??? I got my google account back....HEY.....I really missed you all very much friends...Presently I started using Firefox Browser and already started visiting your blogs.Again I will stay in touch regularly...So,I hope you all will do the same with Mahaslovelyhome..... This is for  those who loves GULAB JAMUNS...AMMA is the specialist in making Gulab Jamuns and Double ka meeta....After coming here missing her lot n food too.....I have  a MTR Gulab jamun which DH brought last time from India....Before completing its expire date i thought to use the packet.Same asusual followed the recipe and after I thought to try some thing new with the Jamuns...





This is the Recipe which I tried on my own Idea.So,obviously The Ingredients and measurings are completely my choice.....Here I used Plain yogurt with nuts and dry fruits...If you want can increase the number of dry fruits nuts..depending on the consistency of the pudding add yogurt.Mine was in semi liq consistency..so,It can have with spoon...Before going to taste I just added some chcoolate syrup for chocolate touch.It`s your choice.... and  If you like can use  any sweet flavour yogurt also.....If tried please let me know.....

This is one of creative dessert which goes very well in parties....And fianlly This PUDDING tastes best when serve chilled.....Hope you people will  like(love ) this........

REFRIGERATING TIME- 1 HR
SERVES-3


WHAT YOU NEED

GULAB JAMUNS FRESH-10
CASHEWS-5
ALMONDS-5
RAISINS-5
WALNUTS-3
DATES-3
TUTTI FRUTTI-1/4CUP
THICK YOGURT-1/2 - 2 CUPS
DESICCATED COCONUT POWDER-2 TSPS
DRIED APRICOT-2 OR 3
BROWN SUGAR-2TSPS


HOW TO MAKE

Chop jamuns,nuts and dry fruits into tiny pieces......

Mix sugar and coconut pdr in yogurt and stir well

Add all the above chopped nuts,dry fruits and jamuns in yogurt and mix well...

Refrigerate this for 1-2 hrs and serve chilled.....
