CAROM SEEDS PEPPER RICE/AJWAIN RICE/VOMA MIRIYALU ANNAM


happy Monday....This is one of the easy n healthy rice recipe which you can make in very short time...Carom seeds are helps in free digestion..so,It`s quite worth recipe to try often in kitchen..Using left over rice is really good idea for this..So.here it goes..

Boil drinking water with carom seeds in it. Once you start seeing the bubbles with the boiling effect, allow it to cool and drain. WHAT YOU NEED

Cooked rice-2cups
ajwain/voma/vamu-2tsps
pepper corns-5(to taste)
pepper powder-3/4 tsp
salt-to taste
curry leaves-8-10
oil-1 tsp


HOW TO MAKE

Heat oil in woke add curry leaves and fry.add in carom seeds and  just saute for  30 seconds.....add in pepper corns and again saute for 5-10  secs..

add in rice and mix  carefully...add in pepper powder on top and serve hot with any gravy..
