MIXED NUTS N DRY FRUITS SMOOTHIE/HEALTHY BREAK FAST SMOOTHIES


We couple loves fruits n every monday our dinner is just fruits,like salads....Mahaslovelyhome already loaded with so many smoothies,shakes and juices recipes..Today`s Recipe is quite different with regular fruit shakes or smoothies..


One fine day I planned to make some rich and protien packed smoothie with MULTIPLE NUTS.....So,This is the final result of my experiment.I used all dry fruits which are taking rest in my fridge;)..According to your choice choose and make it. .


CATEGORY-JUICE/SMOOTHIE/DRY FRUITS
PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

Cashews/Kaju-6
Almonds/Badams-6
raisins-6
Dates-3-4
Dried apricots-5
Walnuts-5
Pistachios-5-6
Milk-2 cups
water-1cup
honey-1 tbsp


HOW TO MAKE

Soak all dry fruits in a cup of water over night...(EXCEPT DATES)

Next day morning by adding milk and dates grind them into fine liq consistency.

That`s it..Ur quick n energetic booster is ready to taste.
