BELL PEPPER CHICKEN FRY/CAPSICUM PEPPER CHICKEN FRY/Mahas OWN RECIPES


Some Experiments gives really good result and if our time is bad they may also turns into bad/worst...Few Days back  on my own method  I made some Badam chicken and it was big hit..(Sorry.I missed photos )With that happy news  next time tried other one and it was big disaster..Hahaha....Some times It happends..This is also a very own recipe of mine which I cooked acc to my taste.And it was big a Success too.....

Chicken breast tastes awesome if it is loaded with full of spices...The same Point I just applied here and made these super hot,spicy n delicious chicken.Fresh black pepper corns powder increases the taste and spiciness  of  the chicken...And Bell pepper with chicken combination also  works very good.Next time try this n hope you`ll enjoy the recipe.......

WHAT YOU NEED

Bell pepper/capsicum-3 medium size
bone less chicken-(breast part)- 200 gms
black pepper corns-1 tsp
cumin-1tsp
salt-to taste
chilli powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
coriander pwder/dhaniya pdr-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
oil-2 tsps
cardamoms-2 crushed
cinnamon-1inch stick
cloves-3
black cumin-1/2 tsp



 HOW TO COOK

Chop chicken into bite size pieces.Wash twice and keep aside.

Chop bell peppers/capsicum...Make a coarse powder of pepper corns n cumin..cover the powder plate with a lid..

Heat pan with oil and add cloves,cinnamon,cardamoms crushed,black cumin and saute only half second.

Throw chopped capsicum pieces  and mix well..Add in salt and cook for 2 min in low flame.

now add all spices like red chilli powder,turmeric,dhaniya powder,garam masala,GGP and cook for 1 minute..

Add in chicken now n mix well til the all spices coats well to chicken..Put a lid n cook for 15 mins in very low flame..

Once the chicken turns soft  add pepper+cumin powder..mix n cook for 5 more mins without cap...

Add in cilantro if u have and serve hot with rotis or with white rice+Yogurt.

I love with rice n yogurt...Truly delicious.....
