CARROT CUP CAKES/EGGLESS/CARAMEL CHOCOLATE STUFFED CUP CAKES/TWIST TO REGULAR CUP CAKES


It`s  a very very old post which is taking rest in draft box.I  tried These cup cakes in feb and don`t know why I neglected to post.Even though I have few more recipes in draft,but I felt to share this today because I already wrote notes to this;)....Actually Today is our Prince MAHADEV is celebrating his 4th birthday.We ordered a cake out side and  going to celebrate in school with his class mates.For neighbours I made a NUMBER 4 SHAPED EGGLESS MARBLE  CAKE specially..Also I took some step wise clicks of the cake and sure will post soon...Til then wait for the recipe....PLZZ

I already have a CARROT CAKE Recipe in my blog which contains eggs..But this is EGG LESS..You can check here the original recipe...I made small changes and finally the result was good...Over baking of few more minutes made cup cakes to dense,other wise they tasted simply delicious.On my Idea I gave a twist to these...After filling 1/2  batter into the cup cake I kept some caramel chocolates and covered it with cake batter to make it up to 3/4th.On the top I also added some black raisins which are best with carrot..These two Ings are not mentioned in the original recipe and you can try if you like.Now check this one..

PREPARATION TIME-20 MINS
BAKING TIME- 30 MINS


WHAT YOU NEED
Carrot grated or ground-1 cup
sugar-1 cup
vanilla essence-1 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp
baking powder- 2 tsps
butter-1/2 cup
milk-1/4 cup
all purpose flour/maida- 1 1/4 cup
salt-1/2tsp
caramel chocolates-(optional)-acc to cup cakes number
black raisins-20-25


HOW TO MAKE

Sift flour,soda,baking powder n salt in a bowl.

Mix all wet INGS and give a good mix..

Now add in grated carrot and combine this with dry INGS mix...

Arrange the paper liners in cup cakes n first fill batter 1/2...

Now put a caramel chocolate in the middle of the cup cake then again fill upto 3/4th

Top with black raisins and keep aside..

Do the same process til batter completed..

Preheat oven to 200C.After 5 mins place the cup cakes plate/tray inside n bake til done...

Check out after 25-30 mins then serve..Do frosting if you are interested..
